Faunara Rekka Arena: how to enter and prepare

Enter from the game you are already playing

Rekka is integrated with the existing Faunara runtime. It is not a separate reduced edition that replaces the adventure title, saves or exploration. Open the game normally and use the available Rekka entry. The shared input source includes an Open Rekka watch action; configured input and current context still govern whether an action is available.

Follow the visible choice of activity and room. A local arena, a hosted room and a public listing are different situations. Do not interpret an empty listing as proof that the local battle system is missing, or a working local round as proof that a remote peer is connected.

Prepare before marking ready

Inspect the selected fauna and its equipped moves before confirming. In shared play, both participants need to reach the appropriate ready state. A menu preview does not mean combat has started, and a waiting screen is not a safe place to assume a move input was accepted.

The current presentation separates round announcements from the actual BATTLE cue. Watch that boundary rather than attacking through the setup process. If a match has a countdown or result screen, wait for the displayed transition before judging input responsiveness.

Reuse the combat fundamentals

Positioning, energy and authored attack phases still matter. Use the combat guide to distinguish an attack, a steerable burst and an energy-costing dodge. A large rush-smoke effect does not grant an undocumented gameplay bonus.

A useful first arena session is to practice one reliable attack and one defensive repositioning option. Once you can read their recovery, add a second move with a different purpose. This is learning advice rather than a published tournament tier list.

When a room does not start

1. Confirm you selected the intended arena activity.
2. Check that the other participant is actually present.
3. Complete both selection and ready steps.
4. Read any connection or rules mismatch message.
5. Leave and rejoin through the game's own room flow if necessary.

Avoid refreshing repeatedly during an active exchange. That can obscure whether the issue is room setup, readiness or the connection itself. The online-features guide explains why an arena connection should not be advertised as seamless shared-world co-op.

The source and published review records support integrated Rekka behavior. They do not certify every controller, opponent, network and arena configuration. Keep your existing adventure save and return through the game menus when you finish.
