Make the journey yours.
Assign commands for your deployed fauna. Attack repeats; Move places and holds your fauna until pressed again. Movement abilities release the hold. Catch wild fauna with Fauna Cubes before they are defeated. Each companion keeps its own health, commands and learned specials. Wild packs let you deploy up to two or three healthy party companions to match their numbers. Blooming Verge and Tidal Reedway are gentler; from Ashwater Crossing onward, most wild Fauna pursue you in pairs or trios. Trainers announce their own battle format. Control one deployed fauna directly and select a healthy teammate to switch. Other fauna fight using their configured behavior. Trainers stay outside the ring. Use healthy reserves to replace fainted teammates; you lose when no healthy fauna remain.
